They can become quite complex, to the point of becoming dangerous, and human hands can certainly complicate them. [ nevermind the chasm and the blight that infects it, but he's not bringing that one up. ] I'm uncertain if this is similar.

A punishment should be proportionate and appropriate to the behavior, not unnecessary nor cruel.

Would you explain demiflora to me? [ mild, but encouraging. ] I can assume based on name alone, that they would perhaps be based upon plants? There is the Dendro element for us, specifically for the manipulation of plantlife and the energy thereof, but I believe demiflora will be very different.

The fog is more to do with domains than Visions, but we use our Visions to navigate them and protect ourselves from the dangers therein.

Not really... There might be some demiflora who can control plants, but I don't know for sure. It's just how they named us to tell our powers apart. [ imagine if vel drops the bomb that they're really part plant. help me. ] It's basically just humans with abnormal abilities. I'm a Daphne - so I can make portals to teleport somewhere. Different demiflora species have different powers.

Ah, I see. With the variety of flora in the world, that would make for a limitless nomenclature, wouldn't it... we have daphne flowers in Liyue. Symbols of endurance, protection, and honesty. I could see a connection between that and teleportation, in some ways.
