There's a very fine cook, here, that I was thinking of getting some cookbooks from home for as well. I thought he might like them, and be able to make some quite interesting twists with the recipes.
I do indeed. A few, as it turns out, but one that cooks quite similar foods to what I'm used to.

I do some dabbling in cooking, myself, but I prefer leaving it to those whose hearts and souls go into their dishes.
