Not... dissimilar, at least to some. I've not seen him for a few hundred years, now, but the dragon Dvalin of the neighboring Mondstadt has four wings as opposed to two - but the horns and shape aren't too far off.
What it is more a match for is a skeletal beast made into the form of a dragon, during an event known as the Cataclysm. I'd only seen Durin briefly, as the end target was Mondstadt, and Liyue faced its own problems during the Cataclysm, but Dvalin fortunately was the victor of that battle.
